Tvdoball ("the tool") is a private video publishing tool operated by a single individual. This policy explains what the tool does with data.
The tool has one user, its operator. It is not offered to the public, there is no registration, and no third party can create an account.
When the operator authorises the tool with their own Google account, Google issues an access
credential limited to a single permission: uploading videos to the operator's own YouTube channel
(scope youtube.upload).
The tool cannot read the operator's email, contacts, files, watch history or channel analytics, and it cannot read or modify any data belonging to other Google users.
The credential issued by Google is stored as an environment variable on a private server used only by the operator. Alongside it the tool keeps the video files it produces and a log of which video was uploaded and when.
No personal data of any other person is collected, stored, sold or shared.
Data is not shared with anyone. The only outbound connection carrying data is the request to the YouTube Data API that performs the upload.
The credential is kept until it is revoked. The operator can revoke it at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately and permanently ends the tool's access. Local video files and logs are deleted when they are no longer needed.
The tool's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
