Tvdoball ("the tool") is a private video publishing tool. It is used by its operator alone and is not offered to the public. There is no registration, no subscription and no fee.
The tool assembles short video files and uploads them to YouTube channels owned by the operator, using the YouTube Data API with credentials the operator grants to their own Google account.
The operator agrees to use the tool in compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and applicable law, and to upload only content they are entitled to publish.
Access to YouTube is granted by Google OAuth and is limited to uploading videos. Authorisation can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Withdrawal stops the tool from publishing anything further.
The tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It may fail, stop working or be discontinued without notice. The operator bears all risk arising from its use.
